The campaign was launched as a response to the security chaos in the region and the great use of weapons that led to human casualties and this is why we put pressure on people using them, through the direct relations we have with all the components of the tribal community in the region, so we put appropriate plans to talk about the dangers of using weapons. The campaign achieved greater results than we expected, where fines and severe penalties are imposed on all those who do not comply with the instructions. The campaign spread to the northern and eastern DeirezZor countryside in major cities and towns, most notably: “Ash-Shahil, Al-Bussairah, Al-Suwar and Al-Shaitat.”
